Refund Policy

Returns & Faulty Items

We only accept returns or provide refunds where an item is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return, replacement, or refund. Please contact us via email at: info@remembrancetemple.com.au

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition unless faulty

  • We do not accept returns for opened or used products (unless faulty)

  • Returns must be approved before being sent back

Return Eligibility

  • We do not accept returns for any reason other than items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return or issue has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Alternatively, a replacement may be offered depending on the situation

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
